Learning Sight Words

Today Mrs. Erford called my name, so I came to her table.

She's like, "What word is this?"
I said, "Am".
"What word is this?"
I said, "See".
"What word is this?"
I said, "I don't know."
She said, "That's ok. Learn it tonight."

I was really sad though, because there were suckers for people who knew all of the words. I cried for a short time.
